REFUND POLICY
- We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days within receiving your online order or in-store purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Item must be in its original, unused, unaltered & unwashed condition in which you received them in.
- Proof of purchase is also required, either original receipt from the store or the email invoice if purchased online.
- Delivery fee’s if any for your return shipment are at your own cost.
- In Store Orders: Refunds can be made by cash or original form of payment.
- Website Orders: Refunds can only be returned through the original form of payment.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days within receiving your online order or in-store purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- You can exchange the item to any other item available in-store or online. Any difference in price will be at an additional cost to the customer.
